## Licensing Resources

SWS is a perpetually licensed PeopleSoft module. Because SWS is delivered as source-level PeopleCode that runs entirely inside your PeopleSoft environment, licensing compliance depends on a written agreement between you and Cedar Hills Group, a straightforward annual self-audit, and clear copyright notices.
